We provide services including, but not limited to, integrative nutrition health coaching, life coaching, crisis counseling, energy healing, spiritual healing, meditation training, hypnotherapy, business coaching, and business consulting. These services are designed to support your personal growth and professional success but are not a substitute for, nor meant to be construed as, licensed medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
The Rooted Agent Heartprint Oracle and Rowan are AI-powered tools built to support your engagement with The Rooted Agent Method. They are not licensed therapists, counselors, financial advisors, or medical professionals. Outputs generated by these tools reflect patterns identified within the methodology and the information you provide, and should not be treated as diagnostic, therapeutic, or definitive professional guidance.
AI outputs may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or not fully reflective of your individual circumstances. We encourage you to engage with these tools thoughtfully and to seek appropriate licensed professionals for any matters requiring professional expertise.
Our services also include AI-powered tools — specifically the Rooted Agent Heartprint Oracle and Rowan, an AI companion trained in the Rooted Agent methodology. These tools are built on the Anthropic API and powered by Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic, PBC. All AI interactions are subject to Anthropic’s usage policies and privacy practices. Anthropic does not use your conversations with Claude to train its models without your explicit consent, and data transmitted through the API is handled in accordance with Anthropic’s Privacy Policy. The Oracle and Rowan are intended as supportive tools within The Rooted Agent Method and do not constitute licensed professional advice of any kind.

The content, materials, and resources provided on our website or during our programs and sessions are the intellectual property of Master Agent Life, LLC. This includes written materials, recordings, training content, digital resources, AI-generated readings created through the Heartprint Oracle, and all methodology materials comprising The Rooted Agent Method.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal and professional development purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.
Payment for all services must be made in full at the time of booking unless an alternative payment arrangement is explicitly agreed upon. Payment plans may be available for specific programs and terms will be provided during the booking process. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of services.
The Rooted Agent Method includes 30 days of membership at no additional cost. After 30 days, continued membership renews monthly at $97/month on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment required. You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation, you retain permanent access to The Rooted Agent Method core program and workbook. Access to ongoing group coaching calls, call replays, the Signal community, Rowan, and the Heartprint Oracle requires an active membership and will end at the close of your final billing period.
No refunds are issued for partial membership months. Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
For individual sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty. Group programs, consulting packages, or long-term engagements have specific cancellation and refund policies outlined in their agreements. Failure to cancel within the stated timeframe may result in forfeiture of session and/or program fees.
Our services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results from coaching, consulting, or other services, as success depends on individual commitment and circumstances.
Master Agent Life, LLC, dba Rooted Agent Method, and its representatives are not liable for any decisions you make or actions you take as a result of participating in our services. AI-generated content from the Heartprint Oracle or Rowan is intended as a supportive tool within the methodology and does not constitute professional advice. Any guidance provided during business consulting is based on our expertise and experience and should not replace professional legal, financial, or business advice from licensed professionals.
We are committed to maintaining confidentiality regarding information shared during coaching and consulting sessions. Sensitive details, personal histories, business plans, or strategies disclosed during sessions will be protected in accordance with ethical guidelines and applicable privacy laws.
We may be legally obligated to disclose information in circumstances involving threats of harm to yourself or others, or as required by law. Master Agent Life, LLC does not and will not share or sell customer data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
By joining our waitlist or subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive emails from Master Agent Life, LLC regarding The Rooted Agent Method, related programs, and content we believe is genuinely valuable to you. We will never sell or share your email address. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in every email.
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, including your name, email address, and information you voluntarily share during sessions or through our tools. We use this information to deliver services, send relevant communications you have consented to receive, and improve our offerings.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with our third-party service providers (listed above) is limited to what is necessary to operate those services and is governed by each provider’s privacy policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit any disputes under these Terms to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Dawson County, GA.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and the date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website or services after updates are made indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
