I didn’t set out to build a root-cause method. I set out to help people in real estate. What I kept watching unfold over three decades is what changed everything.

Where It Started

A Late-Night Infomercial and Thirty Years of Watching

I bought my first investment property at 19 after staying up late and purchasing a Carlton Sheets program from an infomercial. By 22, I had multiple properties and my real estate license. What I didn’t know then was that this impulsive late-night decision would lead me to discover a pattern that the real estate industry, and indeed all service-based industries, overlook.

From my early days as an assistant to Orlando’s top real estate agent, then as an agent, and later running one of the first virtual marketing companies serving dozens of real estate brokerages nationwide, I kept seeing the same destructive cycle.

Agents would buy every planner, attend every training, hire every coach, yet still find themselves paralyzed when it came to taking the actions they knew would build their business. The problem wasn’t strategy. It wasn’t skill. It was something nobody was naming.

The Pattern I Kept Seeing

Why Talented Professionals Can’t Make Themselves Do It

What I discovered was this: most real estate professionals are unconsciously using their work to heal childhood wounds, seeking the approval, validation, or sense of worth they never received growing up, while providing that special experience they most needed as a child, but didn’t have, to others. Often in the form of helping people find home.

This creates scattered energy, resistance to income-producing activities, perfectionism that paralyzes action, burnout from trying to prove your worth through overwork, and success that feels hollow or impossible to sustain.

Traditional coaching and sales training addresses, and often exacerbates, the symptoms. Nobody was working with the root.

The Bridge

How Deep Healing Work Translates Into a Real Estate Business That Works

The certifications I hold are not decoration. Each one represents a different doorway into the same fundamental truth: human behavior is driven by the nervous system, by unresolved emotional patterns, by the stories we absorbed before we had the language to question them.

Hypnotherapy works by bypassing the analytical mind entirely to access the higher self, the subconscious, the soul, whatever you call the deeper knowing that sits beneath your everyday awareness. This is where the patterns that drive behavior actually live, and where the deepest, most lasting change happens.

Nervous system regulation gives you the tools to recognize when you are in survival mode and move yourself out of it in real time. Akashic Records, shamanic practice, and energy healing work with what some call the unseen dimensions of experience, the quantum field that is increasingly being rediscovered by modern science and was deeply understood by the ancient world. Integrative nutrition addresses how the body and nervous system are fueled. Crisis counseling gave me the ability to meet people in real distress without flinching.

What makes the Rooted Agent Method different is not that it uses these tools. It is that it uses them to solve a business problem: the gap between what you know you should do and what you can actually make yourself do consistently.
