Hi, I'm Angela Kristen Taylor

I help real estate professionals stop fighting themselves and start building from their authentic purpose, because your business struggles were never about business.

With nearly 32 years in real estate and 23 years of coaching experience, I've seen every strategy, system, and script the industry has to offer. As the Georgia State Managing Broker for ENRG Realty and creator of The Rooted Agent Method, I've discovered something the industry refuses to acknowledge: The most successful tactics in the world won't work when your nervous system is protecting you from the very success you're chasing.

The Pattern That Changed Everything

I bought my first investment property at 19 after staying up late and purchasing a Carlton Sheets program from an infomercial. By 22, I had multiple properties and my real estate license. What I didn't know then was that this impulsive late-night decision would lead me to a career in real estate and that through observing real estate agents in action, I would eventually discover a pattern that the real estate industry, and indeed all service-based industries, overlook: why talented professionals who know exactly what to do still can't consistently make themselves do it.

From my early days as an assistant to Orlando's top real estate agent, then as an agent, and later running one of the first virtual marketing companies serving dozens of real estate brokerages nationwide, I kept seeing the same destructive cycle. Agents would buy every planner, attend every training, hire every coach, yet still find themselves paralyzed when it came to taking the actions they knew would build their business.

I Recognized This Pattern Because I Was Living It

Despite achieving significant success by my thirties, I would sabotage myself repeatedly, then blame external circumstances while being completely unaware of the internal chaos driving my decisions. I kept recreating the same cycle from my childhood: periods of progress followed by complete breakdown.

The breakthrough came when I realized these weren't productivity problems or mindset issues. They were unresolved trauma responses. The very actions agents need to take to build their business (making calls, asking for referrals, showing up consistently) were triggering childhood wounds around rejection, worthiness, and safety. No amount of time management training, vision board creating, or goal setting could override a nervous system stuck in survival mode.

My Understanding Runs Deep

When my parents divorced when I was 5, I became responsible for my 3-year-old brother while my father worked nights. I experienced significant levels of neglect and abuse for several years. That early parentification and trauma created patterns of over-responsibility, people-pleasing, and self-sabotage that followed me into adulthood, through my own divorce, becoming a single mother of two small children, and into my real estate career.

It took years of deep healing work to understand how those childhood wounds were still running my adult life. Now, married to my husband Joe for 15 years, we've raised our blended family of four kids (now grown, including our daughter Emmalyn who's also in real estate) along with our youngest Zane (#5) who's now 12, and our five dogs. I've not only healed those patterns but I've learned how to help others recognize and transform theirs.

The Journey To Real Answers

I dove deep into understanding the real problem. I studied trauma, psychology, and holistic wellness, earning multiple certifications in hypnotherapy, energy healing, nutrition coaching, crisis counseling, and other healing modalities. I needed to understand how childhood experiences create limiting beliefs, how those beliefs generate emotional patterns, and how those patterns sabotage adult success.

This research became the foundation of my Productive Flow methodology, which eventually led me to creating the Heartprint concept and helping agents become what I call "Local Legends" in their communities.

What Productive Flow Really Means

Productive Flow isn't about productivity in the way you're used to thinking about it. It's about reversing the emotional flow that keeps people stuck. Instead of letting emotions drive energy, which drives time management (which is completely devoid of focus), we start with focus, what I call your unique "Heartprint," and work backward to heal the patterns that have been running your life.

For over two decades now, I've used this approach to help hundreds of real estate professionals break free from self-sabotage by addressing the root cause: unhealed trauma that shows up as inability to take consistent action, chronic overwhelm, and the constant feeling that you're fighting yourself.

Why This Work Matters

This work transforms lives because it heals the whole person and reshapes the patterns and behaviors that stem from that root source, instead of just managing symptoms.

When you address yourself as a whole person, you tap into your soul's purpose. You take action from deep connection with that purpose rather than constantly trying to prove your value while doubting that others can even see you for who you are.

As a licensed managing broker for ENRG Realty, I understand the practical realities of building a real estate business. But I also understand that until you heal what's blocking you at the subconscious level, all the best practices in the world won't help.

This work is deeply profound and will activate you at a whole other level.

Are you ready for it?
